The PokeGPS app is a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform website visitors regarding the policies with my collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

Why does PokeGPS needs my location:
When you want to set a Pokemon to our database, we need your location to avoid spamming other locations and also to improve user experience, instead of showing the map and tell the user to tap the location, we take the location and show him only the option to select the Pokemon.
PokeGPS content:
The content of the app is generated by other users, we do not respond to the information displayed.
PokeGPS subscriptions:
Subscriptions paid monthly, charged from iTunes account, will unlock the map interaction and also the database query will proceed faster for users having premium.
